Reporting Complains and Misconduct

Toshiba International Corporation Pty Ltd (TIC) is committed to the effective implementation of Toshiba Group Standards of Conduct in all aspects of its business. TIC has in place appropriate compliance mechanisms to assess, investigate and resolve, as required, any complaint or misconduct reported to it.

Should you wish to make a complaint or report a problem with this WEB site please send a message to the IT Manager with the Web Site Enquiry form.


Feedback

Should you wish to provide feedback regarding your dealings with TIC, including contractual arrangements, you are encouraged to contact your TIC Manager with the details. If required, TIC Management will provide a response within two weeks of receiving your message.


Complaints

Should you wish to make a complaint or suggestion regarding your dealings with TIC, including contractual arrangements, you are encouraged to contact, without delay, your TIC Account Manager or the TIC Quality Manager with the details of the circumstances for the complaint or your suggestions for improvement. TIC Management will conduct a review and will provide a response within two weeks of receiving your message.


Breach of Standards of Conduct

Should you suspect, become aware, or have evidence that the Toshiba Group Standards of Conduct or the contractual commitments of TIC have been breached, you are encouraged to immediately notify any member of TIC's Board of Directors / Managing Director or should this not be suitable, TIC's Company Secretary for investigation and action.


Should you request confidentiality, TIC's assessment, investigation and resolution will be conducted in a way that will ensure your personal details are not disclosed without your consent to anyone beyond the person to whom you notified and his/her secretariat.


TIC is committed to effectively and fairly dealing with the reporting of compliance complaints and misconduct and hence will ensure that suppliers, resellers or distributors and their staff genuinely reporting complaints and misconduct will not be dealt with disadvantageously.
