Employees
For a company to keep on growing and prospering, it requires hardworking, dedicated and committed employees. This is something that TIC has been very fortunate to have found. There are a number of employees with over 20 years or more of TIC experience and many others coming up to the 10 year mark.
It is the contribution of employees that has enabled TIC to achieve its success over the past 40 years. This contribution has required team work, dedication to customer needs, persistence, attention to detail and commitment from our employees. During the past 40 years of business, it is the talents and efforts of employees that have helped TIC to succeed in a changing and often volatile market.

Future direction
The regional and export business is growing expanding from the Oceania region and beyond. In response to customer needs, TIC is developing its capabilities to add value and support a competitive portfolio of products, systems and solutions.
Power and T&D Divisions' focus in the current buoyant energy market is to utilise Toshiba’s advanced technologies and commitment to strong customer service. This has led us to exploring the capabilities of battery and hydro pump storage and continued expansion of its aftermarket service business both in in Australia, New Zealand and globally.
Industrial Division continues to perform strongly in its core business of motor, drive and controls, and is moving ahead with new social infrastructure business related to mass transport. This business opportunity involves supplying Toshiba SCIB batteries to e-buses and establishing fast charging systems to service these batteries.
Overall, TIC will continue to innovate and cultivate products and systems that allow us to provide long term solutions and services that enhance the value of the customer’s business.
